By attending an event organized by NELRC (Northeast Land Rover Club) you agree to the following -

To operate my vehicle in a responsible manner with due regard to the safety of my vehicle, its passengers and other vehicles and passengers.

Agree to operate the vehicle with due regard for the protection of the environment.

Acknowledge that my participation, and that of any passenger(s), in a NELRC (Northeast Land Rover Club) event is undertaken with the full understanding or the risks inherent in off road driving.

Accept full responsibility for any damage to my vehicle, or any personal injury to myself or my passengers.

NELRC will not be held accountable for damages to my vehicle, or any personal injury to myself or my passengers.
